For children under the age of 5 or those who are not able to complete a visit without direct supervision, only one adult will be permitted to attend the appointment with them.
  • In reminder emails sent prior to appointments, guests will be given a number to text to let our team know they have arrived. Guests will receive a text from a member of our team when they can enter the premises, as they may need to wait in a car or outside on the benches where applicable.
  • Guests will be greeted at the entrance
  • After entering, please maintain 6 ft distancing where possible throughout the premises.
